The owner of the brewery Atsuhide Kato calls this sake the ‘sister’ of Born Gold. It is brewed the same way and matured the same way at under -10C degrees for a year.The only difference compared to Born Gold is that while Born Gold is pasteurized once right before shipping, this sake is not pasteurized at all and is not diluted which makes it 2% stronger in alcohol. Just like Born Gold, Born Muroka Namagenshu has a golden hue
